Pierre Poyet from Skyline Queenstown and Sam Laycock from Postmasters Café will talk about the steps their very different businesses have taken to minimise waste and the lessons learned along the way. We’ll then put this information to use in a practical workshop, looking at what a business waste minimisation plan is and how to write one.
