Wastebusters’ Repair Revolution is back! Join us for some good old repair therapy, Saturday 4 November, 11am-3pm at the Wānaka Community Workshop and Fabricate.
We want to help you renew, revive, and repair your broken treasures to give them a new lease of life and keep them out of landfill.
The Repair Revolution isn’t just about fixing broken items, it’s about coming together and sharing knowledge, learning new skills and being part of a community.
This fun, FREE, feel-good event is also looking for volunteer superheroes!
Whether you’re a bike fixing wizard or a superhero sewer, appliance repairer or furniture fixer. Whatever your special repair skills are, we’d love to have you on board!
Please sign up using the following form here.
What can you bring along?
As we gather volunteer fixers we will be able to specify what items would be best to bring, but generally, anything that’s broken and you can manage to carry on your own is welcome! Think clothing, small furniture, crockery, bicycles and toys.
We will update you with details on this event as we get closer to the day. For further details and FAQs visit https://www.wastebusters.co.nz/repair-revolution-wastebusters/
