We are seeking a new director to complement our existing Board of Trustees who can bring experience in any of the following: business, finance, strategic planning, or governance, with a genuine desire to contribute to our community.
Wastebusters is a not-for-profit social enterprise which employs over 70 employees in our reduce, reuse and recycle teams. We are known throughout Aotearoa New Zealand for our zero waste leadership and recognised nationally and locally as a key leader, go-to influencer and inspiration in the zero waste movement.
Our mission is to lead the way to zero waste. Our board of directors supports and ensures Wastebusters Ltd stays on track in accordance with the long term guiding principles.
This is a voluntary governance role with a three year term and involves monthly board meetings.
