Wastebusters is stoked to support Local Food Wānaka’s 7th annual Autumn Apple Drive.
This awesome event tackles food waste while celebrating the autumn harvest with a communal chutney making session headed by Lorne from Pirate Pickles, and fresh juice pressing with Ben Elms.
BYO fruit, a sharp knife, chopping board, small jars and 1-2 litre bottles for juice and join in.
As part of Local Food Month, WAO Wānaka is also hosting the annual Long Lunch. A feast of locally grown food donated by the community and transformed into a delicious, multi-course lunch cooked by some of Wānaka’s top chefs.
