Our Wanaka and Alexandra Wastebusters shops and recycling centres will be closed on Good Friday. But not everyone gets to stay home and eat hot cross buns – our dedicated recycling crew will be busy at Warbirds Over Wanaka picking up all the recycling and rubbish. The most commonly recycled item is disposable water bottles. Why not take your own water bottle and help to reduce the crazy amounts of plastic we use and throw away every day? (Plus you can spend the money you save on something you can’t get for free out of the tap).
