Alexandra Wastebusters business recycling and public recycling drop-offs are back up and running after the fire. The police say it was arson, and are asking for help from the public. Click here to see if you can identify a car and person they’re interested in.
Many people are asking us how they can help. The best way to support Wastebusters in both Wanaka and Alexandra is to use our recycling services, and donate goods to the reuse shops. We expect the Alexandra shop to be ready to go in October, so please tuck your unwanted goods away in the garage until then if you live in Alexandra.
