Members voted at the AGM for Wastebusters to become a limited liability company. Shares in the company will be owned by the Upper Clutha Recycling and Environmental Society (i.e. by the members). Members voted to continue with the Society instead of establishing a new trust. The company will give more legal protection, and the members will continue to have a role through the Society.
